Her poem, 12 Souvenir of a year, is just awesome! It is about the 12 months of the year. You are amazing, Aayushi!

Her Poem-

At tapping door

Unrolling it, breezy ashore

With steaming cups of coffee

Here it is,

A new start- fresh and glossy

Whistling blushes in plans

We began with a Jovial Jan!

Whispering around

With dramatic art!

With shorter path!

Paves to it’s fab beat

Speaking with his Feb heart!

Madness..Marching..Magical!

The days get longer

The nature says

HELLO!

Integral;

Blossom by Blossom🌺

Laugh,laugh

Weep,weep

Sweet, wonderfool!!

Acing April shrills,

With

Dancing daffodils..

Mum’s biggy day!

On summer sunday delights

Restful, Mighty May

Honey,

the charm makes us feel

More alive!

Tingling warmth in monsoon rise

With the velvet green sighs

The smiles- The rosy!

And lilac- the sky!

There comes

Gloriously Festooned- The Juicy June!

The Junoesque July

With rain and shine!

Crunching the ecstasy of wine

The second half

Of the year

With high hopes,

With jolly cheer!

Hazy, smoky,

Golden Moon

Orchard and fields

In mellow balloon!

The falling summers, O dear

With autumns yet to appear!

With

Those friendly hugs busts,

Awe-inspiring August!

Thrilling,Savage! Sep,

The autumn awakes

The nostalgic shake

The wonderful escape

And a doorway

to

The Marvellous daze!

The month, Oct!

Of ghosts, owls, bats,

witches, wizards

& covers..

Winks and blinks

The pumpkin pies

Yum,yum..

Sticky surprise

With Halloween,

On the rise!

With slipping autumn,

Falling leaves

Swirling around

Nov Embellished, At the

Onset wintry bliss!

Cool and dry

The time to risk

to the last ember frisk!

The last, The hushed

Yet the most cherry, the colourful!

White blankets bend

Till vivid blue!

Then ending with,

Alluring bounty of joy

For the imagination,

And the dazzled bunch of beauty

It’s time to say, Bye-Bye!

For ahead is the novel revive

Soon to Arrive..

Happy Republic Day!

India marks January 26 as its Republic Day every year. In 2022, the country is celebrating its 73rd Republic Day. While India gained independence from the British Raj in 1947, it wasn’t until January 26, 1950, that the Indian Constitution came into effect, and India became a sovereign state, declaring it a republic. Dr BR Ambedkar headed the Drafting Committee of the Constitution. Additionally, Constitution Day is celebrated in India on November 26 every year, as on November 26, 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India.

Republic Day is celebrated with much pomp all across the country. The main attraction of Republic Day celebrations is the annual parade which begins at Rajpath, Delhi, and ends at the India Gate. On this day, the country’s President hoists the flag at Rajpath, New Delhi. The ceremonious event also showcases India’s cultural and social heritage, parades and airshows by the Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force.

Additionally, the President of India distributes Padma Awards to the deserving civilians of the country to honour their contribution to the nation. Brave soldiers are also awarded Paramvir Chakra, Ashok Chakra and Vir Chakra. Live webcast of the Republic Day Parade is also made accessible every year to millions of people who wish to view the parade over the Internet or TV.

Republic Day 2022 History

On January 26, 1950, the Indian Constitution came into effect. The Constituent Assembly, meant to draft the Constitution of India, held its first session on December 9, 1946. The last assembly session ended on November 26, 1949, and then the Constitution was adopted a year later.

Republic Day 2022 Significance

Republic Day commemorates the spirit of independent and individual India. It was on this day in 1930 when the Indian National Congress proclaimed Purna Swaraj, the declaration of India’s independence from colonial rule. The day also commemorates Indian citizens’ power to choose their government democratically. The nation celebrates this day as the national holiday for the establishment of the Indian Constitution.

Happy New Year 2022!

Hello Everyone! Happy New Year 2022!

New Year’s Day (January 1), as per the Gregorian calendar, is one of the most popular celebrations. Around the world, people commemorate this occasion with family and friends or have massive gatherings. They decorate their homes, throw parties and bake for their loved ones.

The world welcomes the New Year with much zeal and jubilation. Each person makes new resolutions and plans for the upcoming year.

History

The new year is thought to have originated in ancient Babylon some 4,000 years ago, in the year 2,000 BC. The Babylonians celebrated the new year with an 11-day celebration called Akitu, which included a different rite on each of the days, on the first new moon after the vernal equinox (typically around late March). The festival commemorated the fabled victory of the sky deity Marduk over sea goddess Tiamat, as well as the act of crowning a new monarch or permitting the previous king to rule.

Importance

New Year’s celebrations in many countries begin on December 31—New Year’s Eve—and last until the early hours of January 1. Revellers eat meals and snacks that are considered to bring them good fortune. Watching fireworks and singing songs are traditions that are practised all around the world. The start of a new year is an excellent time to make positive changes. Making New Year resolutions is more popular in the western hemisphere, although it is also practised in the eastern hemisphere. A person makes a pledge to modify an undesired habit or behaviour or set a personal goal.

Why do we celebrate New Year’s on January 1?

The early Roman calendar became out of sync with the sun over the years, and in 46 BC, Emperor Julius Caesar resolved to fix the problem by contacting the most important astronomers and mathematicians of the period. He established the Julian calendar, which is very similar to the more current Gregorian calendar used by most countries today.

Caesar made January 1 the first day of the year as part of his reforms, partially to commemorate the month’s namesake, Janus, the Roman deity of beginnings. Romans commemorated Janus’ birthday by presenting sacrifices to him, exchanging presents, decorating their homes with laurel branches, and throwing wild celebrations. Christian authorities in mediaeval Europe temporarily supplanted January 1 as the beginning day of the year with days with greater religious significance, such as December 25 (the birth anniversary of Jesus) and March 25 (the Feast of the Annunciation). In 1582, Pope Gregory XIII reestablished January 1 as New Year’s Day.
